Description So back in the days when kenner made figures related to Batman more specifically the DC animated universe version of the character. However Bat Girl never got a show accurate figure. I mean you could say that Robin never got a show accurate figure either since the one figure the most similar to the guy from the cartoon had the body from the Batman Returns line of toys and as such had a Robin body with a different belt and more stomach muscles then ever scene in the show. However that is more of a convieniant change from the look of the show similar to the lack of tails on Jokers tuxedo being missing for the convieniant of being able to put him in an associate vehicle. Bat Girls from the first four seasons of the Warner brothers animation show never had a show accurate figure as the first figure had white and black patterns were in the show she would have been simply wearing gray and later releases would either take inspiration from the later seasons of the Warner Brothers Batman cartoon known as Batman adventures or the 1966 series.

So, here is artwork of what I would have liked a Kenner figure of a show accurate Barbra Gordon to look like and could possible have been. The Joker ballon would have a rather thick string made out of plastic with a hook that could be attached to the palms of the Jokers hand. The googles are not part of the figures head sculpt otherwise it would not be a figure accurate to the show. The visor has clear red plastic to emulate the visor Batman and Robin use in the show and is attached although with a bit more plastic then seen in the artwork to this mostly show accurate gas mask. The idea is that boys would rather wanna buy a female figure if you can cover up her pretty face with a nice looking visor and gasmask.

Also, yeah the whole Bat-Scissors and Joker-Ballon is an obvious inspiration from Tim Burton's Batman film.
