your banner/ gif so small without losing
the quality of the picture?

Well, it has to be 100x50.
I'll break it into the steps I did it (not this was done on Photoshop):
1. After finishing banner, copy and paste an existing banner onto your image.
2. Enlarge the banner by either 8 or 10 times to match the length of the image. But it must stay in the rectangular position.
3. Use the enlarged banner to use as a form of cookie cutter. Cut along the outside of the banner, and then get ready to shrink it.
4. Paste the banner that you copied from the first step so you know how small to make it.
5. high light your banner, and shrink it to the size of the banner you copied.
6. Remove the copied banner, and save as a PNG. This will keep the image from becoming all pix-elated.

I could, but she might not be animated. ^^'
As I mentioned in both my journal and my Artist comments, my friend was the one who animated it for me.
I just made the pictures, and then he used the images I made to turn it into an animation.
