Hmmmm! The photo manipulation is great, the idea is great, I usually love fantasy stuff like this, something that could exist in a fantasy world... But I must admit that I still don't like it, sorry - only for one reason: The warped/twisted towers and tips of this building looks so obviously photoshopped on first sight. I'm unsatsfied with myself because I don't like it because of such a detail but I cannot help it.
