Tempestas is back in Lightning Empire! Brought back by mother Nedria!

Long story short, Anura witnessed the capture of Temp. She saw Nedria while outside the city a few days later, and mentioned the situation to her. Nedria decided to break out the elder, who had managed to get his paw(s) on some medicine due to Pallis Sr thinking himself funny by putting the medicine just outside the cage reach. Nedria broke into the city and managed to time it just right for when the humans were transporting Temp between cages to help him escape.
