I just got an idea as I love this one, and the new version, I think they should be male/female counterparts? Or possibly regional counterparts! Like the shello's is sinnoh or the bird pokemon in the very new gen? Just putting it out there

Usually I see blue fakemon based on blue jays, but a woodpecker? Nice idea. ;D
The name, hm... I have a few ideas.
Wooblau (woodpecker + blau, German for blue)
Woodrill (wood + drill [assumming that this birdie knows Drill Peck 
Caeraves (caeruleus [Latin for blue] + aves [latin for birds])
Dendrill (dendrocopos [Latin for genus of woodpeckers] + drill)
Dendrazure (dendrocopos [Latin for genus of woodpeckers] + azure)

Looks great Hero! I love it. Name.... Wincrash (wing+crash--in reference to a woodpecker's pecking at a tree), Peckewl (peck+corruption of cool, also a pun on the word "peculiar")....Description....maybe something like "It uses its strong beak to peck holes in large trees. Rumor says that its beak is so strong that it can even punch holes in steel."
