I feel so dorky~ More mascot gijinkas. >_>The "Snowlets" had neutral genders, but I just picked 2 of them be giiiiirls. Miga (in the light orangy lower right) would be most familiar to you since she's one of the mascots of the upcoming winter Olympics.
In order, left to right, top to bottom:

Hidy - a calm girl with a sweet personality. She is the girlfriend of Howdy.
Kristin - a naive girl who her ancestors was Vikings. She is a friend of Kristin and Sondre.
Sukki - a cool-headed girl who has an extreme skill of sports. Friends with Nokki, Lekki and Tsukki.
Nokki - a nice girl who as the same as Sukki. Friends with Sukki, Lekki and Tsukki.
Powder - a extreme-headed girl who she was a very extreme personality. She is good friends with Copper, Coal and Otto.
Neve - a polite girl who always never told lies. She is good friends with Gliz and Aster.
Miga - a childish girl who is part Chinese (from her mom, references to the largest minority group in Vancouver). She is good friends with Quatchi, Sumi and Mukmuk

This is out of the blue, sort of. But it's interesting to see what other mascot headcanons are out there. But please don't bug me about this pic, it won't get done any faster, especially since I don't know you well. You can commission me for some art of them (just not all of them at the same time!) when I open for commissions.
I do like how your headcanon has some similar bits to part of mine, but are opposite in others. All the mascots are friends with each other, but some more than others.
Hidy- She's out-going and adventurous. She has a twin brother, Howard (nickname is "Howdy" lol). She hangs out with Neve, Powder, and Zaika sometimes.
Kristin- soft-spoken, calm and polite. Friends with Haakon, Sumi and Miga (and Sondre lol), looks up to Neve as a older-sister type.
Sukki/Nokki- never really cared for the Snowlets, so I don't have set personalities for them. All four are friends with Miga, Kristin, and the other youngin's.
Powder- A bit brash, but with a heart of gold. Friends with her Saltlake buds, the Vancouver trio, Neve and Hidy.
Neve- cool and collected, mature, older sister type. Childhood friends with Gliz and Aster, friends with and is looked up to by her other WOG peers. But she goes have a heart for having fun.
Miga- Like Hidy, she's extroverted and loves trying new things. (Hay, she's part-Asian in my headcanon too!!) Comes from a big family. I think you can imagine who her friend's are.
Zaika- already mentioned her "stats" in another pic lol
