blue and green, a very aqua blue and green... maybe the green should be turquoise? That can be the main body~ and in the mane it could be like... fade from a dark blue at the base to a lighter blue and then to pink. I think that would look awesome~

really? I think so too~
yes to pink~ it looks water like so it goes in the water, duh, but when light filters through the water it gives a sort of pinkish color along with different bright yellows and the sort. so yeah the pink would help it blend, as would the green (turquoise) and diff shades of blue.
