That is a sketch for a comic idea of Warcraft 3.
The bottom is from a famous Japanese shooting game series, "Touhou".

That's no mere goat. That's Senor Iron Neck. when he was a small goat, his family was hunted down and killed by El Chupacabra but when it was just him he rammed that monster while it was devouring his mothers neck and broke one of its legs. angered El Chupacbra attempted to kill Senor Iron Neck but when El Chupacabra's fangs came down upon our hero's neck the fangs were stopped cold as they couldn't pierce his neck. this earned him his title as well as a rivalry between the two. However while his bones were like iron he was still vulnerable.

he was hunted down until he was cornered in the Everfree. that's when the first 4 of the Flutterguard: Angel, Cinnamon, Opalescence (young version) and Screech came to save him . El Chupacabra found himself outmatched as well as outnumbered so he retreated back to his land to further plot his revenge. weary and battle injured from a year or so of running he accepted their invitation to their home and found a new mother in Fluttershy. now he is the fifth member of the Flutterguard. though he still awaits his chance to avenge his family he must now also protect his new one.

The cloth that Celestia wearing is actually the highest formal dress for Ancient Chinese Emperor of Zhou Dynasty. It is called "冕服 Mian Fu" and it is decorated by 12 different icons:
1. Sun (Symbolize thay the emperor is like the light that shin upon the people.)
2. Moon (The same as sun)
3. Stars (The same as sun)
4. Mountain (Symbolize the emperor's steadiness.)
5. Dragon (Symbolize the emperor's mysticality and miraculousness.)
6. Colorful Chicken (The Chicken's color has 5 different color. They symbolize the emperor's great poetic quality)
7. Winecup (The Winecup was specifically used for worship the ancestors. They symbolize the emperor's dutiful quality)
8. algae (Symbolize the emperor's cleanness and pureness.)
9. Fire (Symbolize the emperor's brightness.)
10. Rice (Symbolize the emperor would take care of the people's basic need.)
11. Axes (Symbolize the emperor's decisiveness and determineness.)
12. Bows (The bows face each other with their backs. They symbolize the emperor could see and judge what is right and what is wrong)

Somehow I really like to draw Celestia with pants. I think a male cloth on her make her looks a bit less formidable and a bit more energetic. If I got time I even want to draw a small comic series about humanized ponies. My god, I even had an comic idea for Chen. Hope one day I would have the time to finish it.

Oh, and is it the comic part that you didn't get I wonder? It's from a PC game called Warcraft III(not world of Warcraft). In the game, DeathKnight(the thick eyebrow guy) has a skill called Unholy Aura which increase unit's rate of life regeneration, but it would only effect his nearby units. Therefore one must stay "CLOSE" to him to be healed.
