Least in the case of Commissioner Gordon from Batman: The Animated Series, and Soichiro Yagami from Death Note, least by my opinion. The strong senses of justice, the short light hearted scenes, the moustaches? Only their black and white? Ehh well one just reminds me of the other so I decided to throw this in.
