I can't resist - I have to say it - a really eye catching image! You have achieved stunning crispness and contrast on the eyelashes and back of the iris, which is what first drew me to this image.
The concept here is really the strong point, and well executed. Seeing what she(?) sees - seeing your city - shines through. Choosing what I assume to be a significant landmark in the station was a really creative move, and pulls the whole thing together.
This has a fascinating composition - the iris catches the eye so quickly, and then one sees the reflection, and that brings the eye back to the iris. It takes real effort to notice even those crispy eyelashes after that, let alone the rest of the (important and meaningful) space in the image.
Execution?
Great use of depth of field in holding the focus of the image. Getting the station so well positioned, focused and exposed is also pretty impressive. Did you post-process (sharpen/ ...) any of these elements?
The rich afternoon colours work well for both skin and square, and the light is not obvious, but is critical to the success of this image. On analysis though, the direction of the lighting is a little confusing - strong shadows in the reflection don't come through on the lighting of the face - did you use some sort of shading - it seems that the face should have at least some direct sunshine?
Staring at it hard, there are a couple of things that bug me a bit though. The hand holding the camera is too visible. Once I'd noticed it, it is quite a major distraction. I would darken/ burn those knuckles. The highlights in the pupil itself don't seem to fit with the rest of the image - again - a little burning could help.
The figure in the white shirt walking across the square somehow detracts as well, but I'm not 100% sure why. Lastly, there are a number of tiny red veins in the eye. Either eyedrops or photoshop/ gimp can fix them.
Mostly pretty minor, certainly subject to personal taste, but the concept and most of the execution is of such a standard that it is these little things that become noticeable, and, for me, stop the concept delivering fully on the brilliance that you have here.

This is an amazing photograph. I am learning 5 point perspective, and decided to use it for my current project in art class. This is exactly what I was looking for, as a reference for how the reflection vs the iris itself would look, and the 5 point. I will send you a link if you want, when I get done. Thank you
