Don't forget though... She walked from underneath the pyramid to answer her on again/off again boyfriend Brick Flagg, causing the girls to fall and potentially injure themselves severely. She also quit being captain after Kim handed the reigns over to her because she couldn't handle the stress. Not good leadership examples. I could name others. Oh... And Brick being 5-6 years her senior would cause some scandal on the cheer-squad and put the girls in a negative light, something they *don't* need, am I right?

Yes, she would be kicked from the real cheerleader a long time ago.

This has so much fanfic potential. Question is though... Would the girls still Keep Kim long after Bonnie's gone? Seeing how she takes off at a moments notice after she receives a request to take on a mission from Wade? Or would she appoint a new Co-Captain to take her place once she leaves to go on one?

Crystal has all the makings of the new co-captain. Do you remember "Sink or Swim" episode where she grabs Bonnie and says "Dude, forget the competition! How are we gonna survive the night? There's something out there!" without Bonnie brushing her off (she just looked a bit sheepish)?

Okay, I can buy that, Crystal being the new Co-Captain an all, and yeah I can recall that scene, lol!
What about the missions though? Would the girls be comfortable with that or should she have some more relief help too? Because I recall a scene from Mad Dogs and Aliens when she was on the top of the pyramid during the game and answering her Kimmunicator to be briefed by Wade for a mission, the girls were not too thrilled about it.

Well, in the deleted scenes from "So the drama" (first movie) Kim is actually thinking about beating Bonnie up, but gives up because it would "slam her permanent record".

Yeah...
It was like Bonnie was afraid of Kim.

Not necessarily physically afraid, but she definitely did feel threatened by her in social terms, yes.
After all, Kim was the only one who could ever best Bonnie at things she deemed important to her social standing, such as cheer leading.
So obviously Bonnie defended her position with the only weapons she had: Spite and teenage malice.
