I...it actually does not look that large. I think you're going for something the size of the Leviathan, if the top-mounted Earthshaker cannon is anything to go by, but the Techpriest is close enough that it looks...well, about the size of a Basilisk, a bit larger.
That being said, I love the vehicle itself ^^

When a basilisk battery is not enough, and a deathstrike missile is too much, that's when you bring in this beast. If only GW would use this as a concept for a new guard piece, I'd have a good reason to get back into 40k.

Maybe the emperor is an aspect of Khorne in the flesh, the empire does seem to have an unhealthy amount of skulls around the place.
