Description
I got carried away with the shiny.ANYWAY This is Nascour from Pokemon Colosseum, quite possibly the creepiest character design ever to come out of a Pokemon game. I had to take some creative liberties with his costume, given the lack of reference pictures aside from blurry screenshots.
This picture is unfinished, and I will likely add a background, but for now, here's what you get.

Still, you did a good job, though it's unfinished. The detail is very good
