This one kind of gives me the feel of "Post Coma Cerpin Taxt", like what he saw in that coma he was suffering from. Very awesome stuff, surprised not that many people have posted about this!

The texture you used over the drawing is very impressive, it provides a visceral experience.
It sort of reminds me of old movies, with the streaks on the frames.
