So I created a Cog OC but lets say that this oc is her own type of cog.
Valerie is a Cog. It’s unknown what type of cog she is. She got the skin colour from a Name Dropper, hair colour from a Number Cruncher and colour clothes from Cashbots. You could say that she’s her own type of cog.

Valerie was created by a toon horse inventor named Dr. Anni Zippenhorse. Valerie used to be an experiment where she was originally built so that she could befriend the Cogs and join them, but was secretly working for the toons so she could get some useful information from the cogs. However the Toon Council rejected the idea, as they were afraid that the idea could backfire on them. But the Toon Council were fascinated by Valerie and thought that she could be useful for something else.

Valerie isn’t like any of the cogs. She doesn’t like the idea that the Cogs wants to take over Toontown. She’s very friendly and cares about toons, and loves to tell jokes and makes other toons smile. Valerie mostly spends her time at Dr. Anni Zippenhorse’s cottage, which is located in a small forest somewhere in Toontown Central.
