When the Jellyfish began their war on the Wharf Town they were prepared for a prolonged conflict. Their arsenals were filled to the brim with arcane tech, their ammo storage run deep and they knew that for the most part, they will be bringing the fighting to the city, not the other way around. They however grave underestimated the capabilities of the Wharf Town and the many connections of the anscent metropolis. Many War Clans for the distant lands camr to aid them and even powerful entities, gods and death machines were at their disposal. Jellies trust still in their technological superiority, but even the most advance war-suit crumple under the blunt might of cyclops, brute axes of minotaurs and fearsome eldritch powers of the Sky That Roars or other Primeval Deities who, for some unknown reason, came to defend the city. As their armies dwindled and doubt crept in, the Jellies quickly turned ot more rudimentary combat suits, weapons and automata, even deigning to employ simpler maritime creatures to pilot such units...
