Description
Woo hoo! Number 20 means that with this picture I topped my previous attempts at Inktober. It also marks nearly 2/3 of the Challenge done, and god damn, I am proud. Not just for the discipline, but because I can see myself improving with this tools, with handling lines and inks, being quicker, more confident in my inking and having some solid ideas to sketch out quickly as well. In summus, taking a regular challenge works gloriously. As for today creature, it's a bit of an oddity. I wanted to do a hybrid monster, a chimera of sorts made my some deranged magician, who just wanted to kit-bash animals together just for the shit and giggles. And so, he put gorilla, piranha and lamprey into a bowl, mix the heck out of it and badabi-badabum - a monstrous, unshapely abomination was born. It of course killed it's creator instantly and wandered to a nearby beach to stalk the sands in search for a prey to maul and drain of blood. Lovely stuff.
