Description
Flag for the Italian historical city of Syracuse. I based it off the actual city coat of arms:upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia… then redid it on the generic Wikimedia Napoleonic eagle. The blue symbolises the rich Greek history of the town and the green is taken off the actual city CoA. It came out pretty meh but I sorta like it.
