Me too! I actually think the world is twisted and anarchic enough that you could absolutely make it work within the GTA universe. Either as one of Olaf's troupe or VFD, you have to break the law and escape the cops, so . . . I think you'd have to tweak the technology a bit to make it fit in with the not-quite-steampunk universe, but yeah, I think that game could TOTALLY work.
