I had a blissfully free day today... it was very nice. So I decided to color this awesome pic by: *windriderx23 It looked like it would be a lot of fun to color and it was. I'm not really familiar with Surge but I did a quick google search and was able to find out what colors her hair and outfit should be. So hopefully they are close to normal
