Besides the fact that this is draws brilliantly and beautifully, I also think that the deep meaning behind it is .. woooah.. I can't handle the feels... It just reminds me of the 13th episode so much and of breaking and their connection and how equal they were and that this was exacly what both of them needed.
The only thing I wonder about is the title.. Is it meant to be sarcastic or would it mean that they feel comfortable with each other regardless the outcome in the end?
Or am I interpreting too much again..? XD

Suoh and Munakata are rivals when their role is red and blue king. And they are friends when they just be themselves.
"Peaceful time" can be interpreted as the moment they put down burdens of a king (i.e., the moment of their death) and killing each other is the best ending of them in my mind.
How I wish I could express my feelings of MikoRei more clearly in English and hope you understand what I am trying to say

Dying at the same time would probably have been a happier ending for both of them and it would have spared them a lot of pain, or guilt in Suohs case.
Now we can see the outcome and Munakatas Damocles is cracking. Even though he can take it, he shouldn't go through the pain of losing a friend.
