As my final submission for 2018, here's something I'd been thinking about for a while; what if Donald and Douglas recieved a Rosie-like livery upgrade for the TV series?

The twins' new livery is a very dark blue with white and red lining, with their running boards and wheels remaining black. They don't have the NWR letting for consistency. The dark blue is meant to be something of a middle ground between NWR blue and NWR black, and the lining on the boilers and splashers are to avoid them from looking plain. Basically, it doesn't go too far in either direction, which is pretty much the idea.

Will I be doing others like this? Yes, I will, mostly for characters who haven't appeared in CGI yet, as well as those who are already in CGI, but could use some livery tweaks. Any changes in liveries are meant to be a middle ground between reality and outlandish, not going too far in either direction. Here's a few I got:
Emily - Given the number 12 on her cab and NWR lettering on her tender.
Arthur - Wheels repainted black and given the number 41165 on his bunker.
Murdoch - Repainted vermillion with gold and black lining, and given the number 92173 on his cab and NWR lettering on his tender.
Spencer - Wheels repainted black and given the number 60179, plus the Boxford crest on his tender.
Molly - Repainted indigo with red and black lining, indigo running board, black wheels, and red siderods, and given the number 56 on her cab and NWR lettering on her tender.
Stanley - Repainted gray with a black smokebox, wheels, and lining, given a round face, and given the number 40 on his side coal bunkers and NWR letting above his nameplates.
And no; I won't be doing Billy or the Logging Locos as they're just not worth it.
