BACKGROUND
Neil was born into a suburban, nuclear family in the 19X0's. Neil was always a mischievous child, but everything seemed pretty idyllic until he developed strange and disturbing powers when he was 16. The first couple months before and after Neil's psychokinetic awakening are a blur to him—he can't remember exactly when or how it started. Those early days were catastrophic—light bulbs would shatter when he walked into a room, and just looking at an object might have caused it to fly across the room. Neil's parents were naive and terrified, completely unequipped to deal with the strange happenings that all seemed to focus around their son. Not knowing what to do and too embarrassed to confide in anyone, they drove him out to the city with a backpack full of his things and never came back for him.
Living in Undisclosed Seedy Apartments and slowly developing his abilities, Neil got to the point where he could manipulate objects microscopically without anyone noticing him. He began to gamble, and the chips always fell in his favor. He was rich, it was suspicious, but no one could find anything incriminating! Eventually the casino ran him out, and he rode the money he won to the next town and repeated the cycle. After many Misadventures he found himself in Indieville, and took a special interest in it—could this town help him discover the reason behind his psychic awakening?
He would never tell you any of this though. Nobody really knows anything about the guy.

Welp, there he is. My favorite character in the entire group. His design is superb but it was his backstory and trivia that truly sold me. This concept not only fun but intriguing as well. I can't wait to see how you develop him as a character.
