New Empire is very likely to become the most profitable entry in the monsterverse yet! And with it having been one of the least expensive to produce due to them cutting down on expensive actors and (thank goodness) making the movie focus more heavily on the kaiju action, this movie spells very good things for the future of the franchise.

Today, when I went with a group from Church, they told me they loved it, and that it reminds them of the best kind of superhero movies.

People are saying that there's "superhero fatigue" but I disagree! All the people like me, who love superhero movies, would still turn out for superhero movies if superhero movies were actually good and not just hours of feminism and alphabet propaganda. The fact is, kaiju movies have the opportunity to snatch up that audience AND keep adapting and growing to suite the audience that already loves them. Either way, I could not be happier.

This year is a great year for Godzilla fans!

We got a great, intellectual drama, won and Oscar, and now we've had one of the most fun Goji movies yet! As a lifelong Goji fan, I couldn't be happier!
