Sheryle and I finished The Kill Room by Jeffrey Deaver today.

It's not my usual style but I like to branch out now and then. I liked the twists and turns in this book quite a bit. Deaver does a good job of keeping you guessing, but also of getting you to see what you need to when you need to.

My only real objection was that there were two or three places where the dialog didn't ring true. I'm supposed to believe a super detective who can deduce all this stuff about terrorist plots in the carribean based on nothing but a lie about a flight plan is also so dense that he doesn't know that him being asked to lunch isn't really about the fried fish??? I digress.

The point is, if you like detective novels then I highly recommend this one!
