No offense ment, but I think you need to go back and watch the Tsunade vs Orochimaru fight. After she activates her regenaration jutsu, in internal monolouge, Shizune points out that the jutsu accelarates aging. At the end of the fight she's so low on chakra that her transformation jutsu wears off and they show her arm. Judging by how withered and wrinkled it was, despite the fact that she's in her 50's, thanks to her justu she looks like she's in her late 80 or early ninties.

ohh - sorry but I really don't like to watch the anime - it's always sooo super long and fights take there up to 4 episodes -2-hours and in the manga that are 1-6 chapters that are really fast to get and to read --
that anime is often gettting just boring cause they always repeat and repeat...
