The Scarecrow works for the Vox as a vigilante. They also are responsible for most of the demolition in columbia. They are mostly seen on top of buildings keeping a close eye on the city and are the ghosts of the city wandering from street to street, murdering and gassing their victims to death. The scarecrow is similar to a big daddy but they are not as big. They're souls are basically drained and forcing them to wander the world looking for revenge on the insane scientists of Comstock that this to them.

Like the songbird they are silent and live off the scraps off the street. Booker winds up killing one, by stabbing it in the neck. Not aware of his action he then finds a locket in his pocket with a picture of his wife and kid. This would bring more of a story to the character and make the player think twice b4 killing. All in all im pretty satisfied on how it came out and would love for it to be in the game hope you like it.
