A practice watercolor with Zoisite. <- I normally suck at watercolors (and I probably still do), since I'm not a very careful, fast, or delicate person. My favourite painting medium is acrylics, cause I can always layer it over and over again. But watercolors are super fun too.Behold my crappy Zoisite. Most likely I'll also color this either cged or by pencilcrayon, but I thought it would give my gallery an all-rounded touch if I added something watercolorly, albeit a little crappy. T-T I wish I knew how and You Higuri do it. T_T

Not crappy at all! Wow! It reminds me of some of the art in another anime, albeit a film called Kanashimi no Belladonna/Belladonna of Saddness. Just wow! Fantastic watercolour in otherwords. ^_^

I'm not skilled/ practiced at watercolors, so I'm glad that I made him what like that. I like to think he's got a sort of porcelain appearance about him - smooth but adorable.~~~~~~Thank you!

I've actually rarely worked with watercolors, which is why this one is so meh.
OH I BET KUNZITE POKES HIM ALL THE TIME. He also looks very ticklish too.

I'm trying to learn and practice more so with watercolors because taht's how images for coverart in manga-world have traditionaly been done. Since as my own personal taste for art is along the traditional lines, I want to learn how to do watercolors properly so I can recreate some of the great and awesome art I see on old mangas.
Since i like acrylic so much more I had to be so careful with how many colors I used in his hair. TT

the truth about this character is
in the manga he is all the same as the other 4 generals
from the info from the artbook
and the game called sailor moon another story
this character and the 3 others were known as the 4 kings
they protected the prince of earth
but they failed as you might know
in the live action TV show
this character was slowly trying to get the prince
to remeber who he realy was
in a nut shell this character is not gay
this was only done in the anime
so when they dubbed it
they used a female voice actor
I also own a custom doll of this character

I've read the manga, and I know all about Zoisite in the different versions (except for the live action musicals, but I hear that it's close to what PGSM and the orignal manga was like). I love Zoisite in all versions (even in the dubbed anime too, where she's a heterosexual female!) - he was surprsiginly nice in the manga, having actually liked nephrite and all and I remember the author saying something about Zoisite actually being the "youngest brother" to all of the 4 heavenly kings. <- I love the image of that, seeing them all as Endymion's friends and actually close brothers or something. That being said, I also like PGSM Zoisite (but I just wish his wig was more realistic) even thorugh they drastically changed his character - but he's still very einteresting. I also like him being gay, because his original character did cross dress quite often in teh manga, - and yet, strangely enough he wasn't gay. O_O;

Zoi chan is 5foot 6? OMG THAT MAKES RYOU TALLER THAN ZOISITE. (-- sorry, Yu-Gi-Oh is another one of my great passions so it`s funny hearing that Zoisite is a bit shorter than Ryou Bakura. LOL)
Oh yeah! He would be as tall as Jupitor, then , wouldn`t he? I think it was in episode with the game crane joe that she beats him up, because she beats him up before she becomes sailor J. LOL Aww, he`s so cute when he`s tiny! (for a boy)

Yeah, I think Zoi is around 16-17 years old. Iin the English, although they don't give her name, Zoycite acts so much more mature it's hard to imagine her being only 16-17. If she was, I'd HATE to see what Malachite would had to put up with for her to go through puberty. That and she just naturally has a voice of a 20-some year old. But 16-17 year old Zoi boy is so much cuter <3. It still means he's growing. ^-----^

Zoisite is deliciously evil, and impatient, and has the wickedest laugh you ever heard!!!! It rocks!!!!! She is also hell bent on revenge, and it gets her killed in the end. She is in love with another general for Beryl, Malachite.
In the Japanese version, Zoisite is actually a gay, feminine male, where as in the English version, they made Zoisite just a straight female. So yes, that also means that Malachite is gay in the Japanese version, and straight in the English version.
