I believe this is the talent portion.
Neijia Hydraco's second stage transformation. She grows from 6'1" to 7' 2000lbs. At this stage she eclipses Grudge in sheer physical strength and even Gilead in a relaxed state. She can completely transform into a water dragon at will.
