The aquatic effect is to be commended. It's a beautiful piece. But looking at it a little longer, the streaks of light create a secondary affect on the illusion. The light gives the impression that there is a sheet of glass separating the two creatures. Which begs the question, who is visiting whom?

Spectacular, the effect is excellent! You've nailed it with the plane superposition, the drawing becomes so complex, so full of interpretations, so dreamy, it's a gift for the viewer's imagination!
