So, for Valentine's Day I've decided to showcase four ships that aren't canon in my Humanized AU, but that I still really like. If you want to know about the canon ships, you can read about them here

The fourth and final one is Lady x Diesel 10. A ship that I mostly like for the fanart I've seen of them and what a misunderstood Diesel 10 would mean for TATMR's plot. The main reasons on why it's not canon are
1.- TATMR isn't canon in my AU
2.- Lady's just a dream

Unlike other ships, these one actually has a backstory in case I make the ship canon. (although it would require TATMR to be rewritten). Here it is:

Justin AKA Diesel 10 was the tenth student to major in diesels from his class. He met Lady. Lady at first saw him as just another drop in the ocean, until he proved how brilliant he could be. But he was quite insecure, so he often made mistakes. Lady, after months of friendship, noticed it, and she began to help him. Little by little sowing the seed of something sentimental.

One day, in the final exam, they had to choose a side. Steam or Diesel. Each one grabbed their respective one. They had to create their own locomotive design to beat the opponent.

Once there, Lady's engine did not want to start. Justin went with her to help, but something he didn't know is that Lady forgot the most basic part of a steam locomotive; The safety valve. Due to the pressure, it exploded. Justin had his hand on the regulator. Lady was saved as she used Justin as a human shield.

Once they graduated, Justin spread hatred towards anything related to steam engines. Especially the girl for whom he almost lost what he loved most. His life.
The hatred grew. And due to age, Justin developed dementia, doing more and more experiments without any restrictions, and without being able to measure his actions. Causing him in a fit of madness to chase the woman he once loved, in a chase that was heard throughout all of England.

Both engines raced at full speed along the BR's Main Line, until the moment they reached Sodor. Where Lady took the junction to a branch, being lost by Diesel 10...
