The boxes say nothing about them being brothers. Neither does any official sites. In fact, in the TF:A lore, none of them are actually related, since they do not sexually reproduce. The only "brothers" are the jet twins, but the comics explained that that's because they're "split protoforms," not because they have the same parents (none of them have parents.) 'Sparklings' do not even exist in canon, that's a term fans made up.

im pretty lost then........my freind tells me all this stuff(except for the blurr stuffs....i read it on tfwiki which isnt exectly always accurate....but..i chose to belive it^-^)

well look at the little triangle thingie thatz down thier foreheads.they both got that. and bumblebee has little horns and blurr only has one but hes still got one.they've both got tall shoulders(even though a lot of them do anyway).and those little vents on the back of bees head,blurrs got them too, his are half covered by a sheet of metal. and dont forget they are both extremely fast....

Those are really flimsy reasons. Robots share details and designs very often.
Wasp and Bee are IMMENSELY more similar than Bee and Blurr, and still they are not related, even if it's stated in canon that they're made out of the same mold.
Think of the seekers, even in G1.
Think of Prowl and Jazz in TFA. They both have crotch arrows, lean figures, and are ninjas. Going by your logic, does that make them brothers?
