Description Just a quick one to try out a new fluffy custom brush I created from the starburst brusk in photoshop. The splat and some of the texture where hand made and scanned in.

I never understood how to do custom brushes and stuff. I'm just stuck with the absic one.

But hehe, it looks so fuzzy, and I love the random blood splatter... it is blood right? It's wonderful

Thankyou, yes it is blood.
For custom brushes there should be a small box to the right of your photoshop control panel labeled 'brushes'. This is where you find the sliders for spacing, count, angle jitter, texture etc.
Or you can create randon black marks on a white bakground, select the pattern and go 'edit' 'define brush' and you have created your own unique brush. Then go and alter the various control sliders to see the various marks you can make.

Cheers. I was thinking along those lines when I added the background.

Very nice. It does a good job of capturing the way the light and shadows soften when interacting with that type of material.

Ooh, fuzzy!

Man I should really figure out how to do textures/custom brushes in Photoshop. I'm completely incompetent with that program.

It's definately worth having a try. Just experiment with the various sliders or try creating your own brush shapes

I'll let you know how that works out.
