mind you, i'm still gonna be holding out on hope that maybe - just MAYBE - we'll be getting a brand-new update on MYM later on this year (or at least after chapters 5 and 6 drop on Netflix), because i feel like there still is that tiny little chance Hasbro's probably cooking something up behind-the-scenes and they wanna keep it a secret for now to build up the hype for the show.

BUT..... if we don't get any new MYM-related updates before January, and it actually does turn out that Hasbro really wants TYT to completely take over MLP next year..... i'll be officially fucking DONE! i'm not joking: if that actually ends up being the case, i'll be stepping away from MLP (or at least until the day G5 finally ends). because minus a few bright spots and semi-decent episodes here and there, TYT has been a complete pain-in-the-ass to get through, especially with all the stupid bullshit it's been throwing at us. and i'm not gonna waste my precious time or lose any more of my brain cells suffering through A SECOND SEASON of this shit! the first season already did that more times than i care to count.

i mean.... we just got Chapter 4 only a few weeks ago, and it actually surprised us by being the best thing to come outta G5 since the movie. don't y'all think it's a little stupid and insulting for Hasbro to immediately come out with updates that hint at them wanting to kill off MYM later this year and have TYT (the fucking 5-MINUTE YOUTUBE SIDESHOW!!!) completely take over the franchise next year? or am i seriously the only one offended by this?
