It ain't no excuse, boi! Brawl has all them items I have never seen/used before and don't know how to avoid the ones that will blow up on your face. 
I have slow reactions to the buttons when I don't know a controller.
You may be good in brawl, but don't forget you are no match for me in melee.

And let me remind you that I hasn't played melee in over 6 years and only actually OWNED it for a few months
