About the Foal: We're not sure what stallion she came from which gave her that odd belly marking. But we do know she tested positive for the Frame Overo gene. We also know that given the Kiger herd characteristics, she is homozygous for the dun gene.

Hm, this is a toughie though. The first pair I thought of was CF Kaleo (who'd cover the Brown aspect of her genotype nicely) with CF Fox (which would deal with Overo and Dun.) Another advantage of this pair is that they're both Wild-Caught, meaning that they were born in the wild, just like your mare. However, with those two, we can't get a homozygous Dun like Straight Pendleton is... Sooo, I thought of RPS Bear who is Dun + Overo, but I don't know if he's wild-born or not. 
There's also Choto's Show of Lir (Dun + Overo) that we could use, but I can't seem to find Dun + Brown studs to match her with...
Another option I thought of was sTs Mr Miami (or any other Dun + Overo stud you can find) x Little Deer (Brown + Dun).
Other pairings I found are Dark Sun (Brown + Dun + Overo) with CF Della Luna (or any plain Dun-carrying mare.)
Or... Blood Arrow (Dun.. he isn't listed as an Overo, but he certainly shows all of the characteristics) or CF Tigers Eye (Dun + Overo) crossed with Little Clover Girl (Brown + Dun).
