Description
Last summer I wrote a fanfic for Fire Emblem: Seisen no Keifu and, in one chapter, included a ball. This is the dress uniform Celice wore to that ball. Just a couple notes on the uniform:

- The areas I colored in golden yellow are supposed to glitter when light hits them.

-On the standard dress uniform, the half-cape affixed to the right shoulder is black. However, Celice's is special since he's the king.
