I use the website TegakiE to colour... It's pretty good, and I kinda prefer it to things like photoshop

I've heard about it before. How's it different from photoshop though? Sorry, I rarely use a computer to draw.

Um, well it's a website for a start, there's not and fancy tools after transparency and there's no choice of canvas size.
