This is a new character who has yet to be posted here on DA. His name is Sebastian Quinn, and if you can figure out what word that's a play off of, you get satisfaction.
He is a certain breed of fox which I won't disclose just yet.He was a lab experiment by a genius-turned-madman doctor, and his history will remain shrouded in mystery for now... now he's a respected student or professor or research assistant (still deciding) at the same university as Pedro Antonio.
