My computer is working again, and I finally got to post this giftie! I made this for my lovely friend Wolfie aka She made me the most wonderful gift for my birthday, and she herself is having a b-day soon! I wanted to think of a gift she'd really like, and of course, first thing that came into my mind was her Bolttens character Tibbles 
Besides I have wanted to draw him for the longest while! Anyway, moving on to discussing this piece...I absolutely love the background. I usually don't focus too much on it, but this time I spend equal time creating the subject and the background
In this picture, young Tibbles is staring out to the starry sky and the crescent moon and witnesses his first shooting star. <3 Tibbles is one of the youngest of the Bolttens family, and to me he represents a new beginning. This piece is supposed to symbolize the dawn of his adventure that lies ahead 
I personally like how he turned out, but one improvement that I could make is to make his markings to show off just a little more. It is true that in animals markings usually show best once they are fully mature, but I still think his should be just a tad more defined. What do you guys think?Wolfie, I really hope you like it! Happy birthday! (and for once, I made my gift in time... I'm early! XD)

OMG, ravioli. Your backgrounds are so spectacular and they just keep getting better and better! I mean really! This one is positively lovely! The moon, the sky ,the mountains, the shooting star..all of it! Just beautiful!

I've been pretty well. <=] Just coming out of some really bad weather on my end. It's been so much ice for the past like two weeks....but it's so much better now. ^-^ I'm happy i can go outside again, even if the weather is just a bit chilly!
