Hello,The idea of drawing this person came after I went to the chinese restaurant with my parents.
Only Alsatians (people who come from Alsace, France) and maybe German people could make the link between the newspaper and the character : it's a stupid joke based on the word "Zeitung" (= newspaper in alsatian/german langage).
