I don't know anything about the character but this a wonderful composition. The motion of launching the falcon into flight is beautifully conveyed in this piece.

I usually go to the ones in texas (since that's my home state lol) so those would be like Anime Matsuri, Oni con (smaller), Akon. There's also Anime Expo in Los Angeles which is huuuuuge but heavenly =3=
