The face is so bright and it doesn't seem to interact well with the hair.
The neck should be done more.

i like how you did the eyes and the flowers. They look really good.
I think that the skin needs a little bit more shadow though, other than that looks a-ok!

I think what I have to say is that you might want just a tad more shading on the skin, you know, to set the places where the eye sets in, where the nose ends, those places. I recall you saying once that you wanted to color the skin really pale on purpose, so I won't say anymore. C:

Thanks ^_^ And I realized that on everyone else's monitors, the shading barely even shows up. On mine, you can see it darker than other people's. it's messed up >.< I need a new monitor. lol.

lol, mine's like that too! The contrast on my laptop's monitor is so low, I have to ask my friends CONSTANTLY how something looks, so that nothing looks too flat. = 3='''

But most of my friend's monitors have better contrast than mine. I screwed around with this adobe gamma thing on my computer, but the contrast still isn't at the level I want it to be at. > x>; Oh well.

Well, human faces are never really perfect, so what can I critique? Her left eyebrow is a bit low compared to her right, and about the angle of her face, her left eye should probably be smaller and a bit more covered by her nose. But, considering you'd have to adjust her cheekbone, you should probably go with moving the nose a bit more out (speaking of which, when you inspect it carefully her lips seem a bit puckered because of that). Her nostrils are about the same size, so it doesn't seem right, and the angle of the lips isn't in line with the angle of her chin and nose. xD Sorry if I'm being too much of an obnoxious perfectionist...
But I really like how you did the detail in her eyes. The flowers and hair are nice too.
