I use regular PhotoShop with mostly the basic round brush, some with a textured brush. The background however has a texture from cgtextures as a base, which I've rendered and such, also in PhotoShop. Hope that helps. Thank you!

thank you, it really help me, i don´t know too much about using Photoshop but I have the program and I want to learn and practice by myself, hehe, but really look more like watercolor than photoshop, it very nice
