This is an up-armored set of the military's spacesuit seen here years ago: UD Sketchdump

The additional gear fits over the standard vac-suit to provide better ballistic protection over the user. The inner helmet is pressurized while the outer is just just a shell that fits overhead. The gear has quick release straps so that it can be removed once the user has entered a more cramped area, such as the interior of a spacecraft. Although some keep the shoulders and chest while removing the more restrictive over suit.

While this variant is used by the US, most other nations utilize a similar system for their spaceborne forces.

Well I havent been doing all that much drawing lately, however there are some things that I have been doing that I cant wait to share with you all. Ignore the MA5 lookalike. I just sketched a shape in there that looked okay.
