I guess this is the first Christmas themed commission gift I ever made??
At least I don't recall another, and was so fun to be commissioned to draw two cuties like this, even more because they are checking their socks!
On this one I wanted to go a bit more on intuitive side when shading than usual "steps".
Can't say if it worked well, but I'm pleased with the result :3

I really don’t know where to start ^^’ thank you, Hyan, for making Rika and Mio so adorable!! I absolutely love how you shaded them!! Everything is so shiny I want to scream (in a good way in THE BEST WAY, don’t worry) *O* Their monogrammed stockings are the cutest thing in the history of the world! They even have little flowers on them ;;W;; their stockings and Santa hats are SO FLUFFFFYYY and their eyes are so sparkly and adorable qwp the way they’re looking through their stockings for candies is so adorable aAAAAAAAaa,, seriously I don’t deserve this drawing ;;w;;;
and MoonliqhtRose , I can’t thank you enough for this gift. This is the best Christmas gift I’ve ever gotten EVER (how are my other presents supposed to compare?? jk >w< but seriously. they will never compare)!! When I saw the end result I was literally like "Yep Blue might just faint". I also felt so bad for you when you said you weren't feeling your best, so I was hoping this would cheer you up at least a little >w<

OMG I DID!! The Quality Quartet must've sneaked some coal into Mio's stocking... at first I thought it was chocolate but then after examining it closely, I realized it was coal xD
I almost did faint... hehehehehe,, AND GUESS WHAT things are actually doing a lot better in my life (I'm not entirely sure, but at the moment things are looking up and I'm really happy x'DDD I probably shouldn't get my hopes up, but hey, it's Christmas :0)! Ahhh it looks gorgeous Hyan! I love how they are discovering what's hidden in their socks, it's so sweet! Your shading style definitely is breathtaking, I especially love the way you shaded the blue haired girl hair, it's so pretty! I really love the Santa hats too *-*
I also read the little text from Moonlight to their friend and ahh this is so sweet, it brightened my day to read such sweet words from a friend to another
