If you want to draw digital art you can buy any cheap drawing tablet like wacom bamboo connect pen and you could also draw in paper .Whatever you can draw in paper will automatically transfer to digital but you will also need program to draw you can search that up online. The actual key is to practice but not just keep drawing blindly look at what you need to improve at and observe the drawings that you like or speed paints. Its up to you to decide anyway.
