finally, I was so tired of the old one

The drawing is special not just because of the avatar update,
but also because it is the speedpaint #300
(not to be confused with 300 uploads on YouTube)
(also chibis week are not on the math)
It is very crazy to me to think we continued doing speedpaints since Q4 2015!
Lots happened since then and I hope my art life continue to be fun as it has been until now (✧ω✧)

Hey! I watched the speedpaint and I have a question. It'd be overlooked in the youtube comment section.
I watch speedpaints of pictures I admire to see what I could do differently. When you started drawing the lineart, you did it on a "Layer 2"
I saw something on layer 1 but it wasnt visible to me on the canvas. What do you put on layer 1?

Oh eyes/mouth are always on a separated layer C: so everything else was on layer 2!

The anatomy is on point, the use of the "sketchy" ears and tail is so complementary to the piece and it looks so harmonious and gorgeous
also the background is detailed while still not taking up all the attention of the viewer
