Description So this is the alien from the alien and AvP movies. Er. Sort of. He's kinda different from any of the existing ones. Way too big to be a normal one and not quite big enough to be a queen, so I'm saying he's a king. He can stand in a quadrupedal position as well. In a comfortable bipedal position, he is around 1 foot 8 inches, though he can extend his legs further to be around 2 feet or more (It looks super ugly though). Obviously, he can open and close his mouth, but he also has a retractable inner mouth on a gear system that can open and close as well. For more detail on the head, go here: [link]

Haha, yeah, you mean the hole in his neck? Yeah, I don't like it either, but I just can't figure out a way to patch it up.

Is that a scythe arm he's got there?

Hmm? No. Just a normal clawed arm. It's kinda long though.

He was worth the wait. This is really good hydro. This is by far the best thing you've ever posted MOC wise. I just have a few critiques. With the neck the two piston assemblies work, but giv him some kind of third leg or third connection that's black. It would reall just be for looks, cause the head sitting on just the pistons make it look more like its just floating off the rest of the MOC. There's nothing that really gives it a sense of connection. Then the legs, specifically on the thighs give him some more cosmetic parts. It looks to framy there. But I really like what you did with the legs. It almost looks exactly like Moto's legs. Be honest did you use them as a reference point? Your digigraded legs are almost dead on like mototaurs, except where you used one piston assembly per joint I used two. Then what you did with the head is just top notch innovation. That's the kinda thing other artist kick themselves for not doing. Great job. I was happy to have given a few pointers you took my advice very well. If ya need anymore tips I'm always glad to give them.

I'm well aware of the problem of the neck. I've tried to add a little meat, but haven't found anything that would work yet. As for the legs, I almost always have two joints on the knee, and then one supporting it. Er, when I need to make something that strong. Which isn't often. I didn't use Moto's pics THAT much for reference. I used it as reference a bit, but not that much. Well, I guess that great minds think alike! Haha, thanks very much for the comment and the advice. I'll continue to add armor to the legs and try and beef out the neck a bit. But really, thanks! ^w^
