He was born with only questions... but all others silenced after the meeting of Aster and his father.He was warned that the stallion who helped create him had no intentions of meeting, but it wasn't easy to accept. He had to see, for himself, who Tidus was. To the young colts dismay, he was chased off without even an acknowledgment.
Tidus knew who the colt was... he wasn't stupid. But he had to remove this unnecessary part of his life. Aster was volatile- just like himself. That one black leg revealed this weakness, and knew it would be his eventual demise.

I'm going to be majoring in Biology, more so in genetics soon so I was thrilled to see the title personally. It's really classy I think. ^^ And don't worry, I'm just a bio nerd now...I can't look at a leaf, heave forbid a flower and see anything simple anymore.

OHMYHOLYSHIT WOW! I love love FREAKING LOVE THIS *dies* And it soooo perfect! I so imagine that's how it would be. And Heca would be there in the shadow's like "told you..." XD Makes perfect sense for the way he grew up too. Because of being shunned by Tidus, it would give him the perfect motive to devote himself completely to Zoll's Army, using Zoll's "male influence" as a replacement "daddy" role. GOOD. I'm so glad you like it!!! This pic was pretty much specifically for you. xDDD I was reallllllyyyyy stoked how this came out. It's exactly what I was going for. I originally had Heca sketched in here, but it really took away from the message of the piece. I figured Asters expression would fit the bill.
Glad it fits into the story too! *pats Tidus on the head* I'm not sure how much of a better influence Zoll is over Tidus... I guess not trying to kill him is good enough xD
